Bedside Crib and Travel Cot

Bedside cribs resemble a bassinet and are attached to the sides of the bed. Some have sides that can be adjusted to allow easy access, while others have an incline that is ideal for reflux babies.

Some bedside cribs have an additional side panel that can be lowered, giving you the ability to be close to your baby without the need to get out of your bed. This is a great choice for mothers who are breastfeeding or those who wish to be with their baby all night long but don't want to risk co-sleeping (which is associated to an increased risk of SIDS).

Most models come with built-in functions that allow you to rock your baby. This can be a relaxing experience for your baby and aid them to fall asleep. Easy to clean

If you're considering bedside cribs and travel cots, look for ones that have a mattress cover that is removable that can be machine-washed. This will keep it clean and free of spills, spills, and leaky diapers. It's an excellent idea to select a model that is able to be removed and partially dismantled to allow you access to every nook and cranny to conduct a thorough cleaning and sanitising.

This is vital, as it's the best way to be sure that all germs and dirt have been removed. Make sure that the sides of the crib are secure to ensure that your baby doesn't slide off or become trapped.

You'll also want to ensure that the crib is easy to clean and that it is a good fit for your bed. This is especially crucial in the case of a bedside crib that sleeps with your child. These cribs are designed to be tethered securely to the parent's side, which gives parents to have easy access to their baby at night to feed and comfort them, while ensuring the security that separate sleeping surfaces offer.

When selecting a crib for your bedside, you should also consider whether it has extra features that could be beneficial to you. Some cribs tilt or rock, which is great for babies who tend to be fussy.
